About Thomas J. Nitschke

As a former owner of several diverse small businesses, Tom has extensive practical experience to draw upon when representing clients in commercial matters. Tom has successfully settled numerous commercial disputes for his clients through his tenacity and honed negotiation skills, but he is most at home in the courtroom.

Tom has also practiced family law for over twenty years, with a particular emphasis on high net worth individuals and business evaluation. Tom aggressively represents his clients, and offers unique value in supporting them both personally and professionally.

Tom graduated from DePaul University in 1986 with a BS in Accounting and Finance, then earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1994. In law school, Tom served as a law clerk for the Honorable John Madden at the Milwaukee Circuit Court.

Tom previously served as a partner at the Milwaukee-area firm Nitschke & Sika, S.C., where he now acts of counsel.

Tom is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, as well as the United States District Courts in Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
